Certain Skills leave Status Effects, damaging or penalising the target. The effects are temporary and remove themselves after a period of time. Some of the Status Effects are rather special in that they affect your controls:


Status Effect Description
Acid Decreased resistances. Resistances are further decreased while damage is received. Being healed deals damage to the healer.
Alert Increases concentration regeneration and it degenerates at a reduced rate. All incoming concentration effects are improved.
Blind Ranged skills cannot be used.
Blood Bond Bloodlinked. Part of all damage received is transferred to bloodlink origin.
Blood Fury Receive morale when damaged. Lose morale when healed.
Blood Hook Bloodlinked. Receive damage each time the bloodlink origin takes damage.
Blood Union Bloodlinked. Bloodlink origin and target share all damage done to either of them.
Burn Lose health over time and take more damage from rune attacks. Melee attackers become flaming.
Corrupt Magic damage dealt is reduced. Reduces affinities when damage.
Cripple Physique is reduced by 3 Ranks. At the end of the duration, Physique is raised by 3 ranks again.
Curse Reduces melee and ranged damage dealt and PeP rank.
Daze Target loses up to 5 ranks Concentration during movement.
Decay Reduces body, mind, and focus when damage.
Diminished [Body] Body attribute is reduced.
Diminished [Focus] Focus attribute is reduced.
Diminished [Mind] Mind attribute is reduced.
Disarm Melee skills cannot be used.
Distract Concentration is reduced by 3 Ranks. At the end of the duration, Concentration is raised by 3 ranks again.
Doom All incoming heal effects are decreased and take more damage from soul attacks.
Enhanced [Body] Body attribute is increased.
Enhanced [Focus] Focus attribute is increased.
Enhanced [Mind] Mind attribute is increased.
Evasive Increase melee and ranged resistances. Melee attackers lose physique. Ranged attackers lose concentration.
Expose Reduces resistance and increases damage taken from attacks.
Expose [Magic] Reduces magic resistance and increases damage taken from magic attacks.
Expose [Melee] Reduces melee resistance and increases damage taken from melee attacks.
Expose [Ranged] Reduces ranged resistance and increases damage taken from ranged attacks.
Flaming Lose health over time and take more damage from rune attacks.
Fury Receive morale when damaged. Lose morale when healed.
Hamstring Lose health during movement.
Haunt Lose health and morale on movement and take more damage from spirit attacks.
Immune [Magic] No damage taken from magic attacks.
Immune [Melee] No damage taken from melee attacks.
Immune [Ranged] No damage taken from ranged attacks.
Immune [Rune] No damage taken from rune attacks.
Immune [Soul] No damage taken from soul attacks.
Immune [Spirit] No damage taken from spirit attacks.
Infuse Increases direct damage dealt.
Infused [Magic] Increases magic damage dealt.
Infused [Melee] Increases melee damage dealt.
Infused [Ranged] Increases ranged damage dealt.
Life Tap Melee attackers gain health.
Nightmare Reduces resistances. Attackers lose morale and become scared.
Paralyse Target loses up to 5 ranks of Physique during movement.
Reflect [Magic] Received magic damage is reduced and the reduced amount is dealt to the attacker.
Reflect [Melee] Received melee damage is reduced and the reduced amount is dealt to the attacker.
Reflect [Ranged] Received ranged damage is reduced and the reduced amount is dealt to the attacker.
Resistant Increases resistances and decreases damage taken from attacks.
Resistant [Magic] Increases magic resistances and decreases damage taken from magic attacks.
Resistant [Melee] Increases melee resistances and decreases damage taken from melee attacks.
Resistant [Ranged] Increases ranged resistances and decrease damage taken from ranged attacks.
Return [Magic] Magic attackers partly receives dealt damage as well.
Return [Melee] Melee attackers partly receives dealt damage as well.
Return [Ranged] Ranged attackers partly receives dealt damage as well.
Scare Morale is reduced by 3 Ranks. At the end of duration, Morale is raised by 3 ranks again.
Shock Deal damage to nearby allies when damaged.
Silence Magic skills cannot be used.
Steadfast Increased melee resistance. Melee attackers lose physique.
Valiant Increased morale regeneration and it degenerates at a reduced rate. All incoming morale effects are improved.
Venom Lose health over time.
Vigour Physique is raised by 3 Ranks. At the end of the duration, Physique is reduced by 3 ranks again.
Wound Lose health over time. Ignores resistance and affinity.
